All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery windows.
DPD
DPD – Download the DPD app, and if your not going to be home you can have your parcel left in a safe place* or delivered to your neighbour. They will also give you a 1 hour, delivery slot.
- DPD (Mon – Fri delivery) – £5.00
Next Day Delivery (98% of packages arrive next day) and are fully tracked. This service is for UK mainland addresses only. For some remote locations we may change the delivery method to Royal Mail Tracked Services. Please note this is not guaranteed next day.
- DPD Weekend Delivery – £7.50
Order before 3pm on Friday to get your parcel via DPD at the weekend. (Most Orders are delivered on Saturday). This service is also for UK mainland addresses only.
- DPD Local Collect
Choose your local DPD pick up location and collect your parcel at your own convenience.
* If you choose a safe place you are absolving us and DPD from any responsibility for the parcel so please make sure it is a safe place and not accessible or visible to others.
*Please do not accept any parcels that appear damaged upon delivery. If a damaged parcel is accepted, neither Washington Vapes nor our shipping partner will be held liable for any issues.

Royal Mail
- Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm – £13
Parcels are guaranteed the next working day. This service is tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.
Weight & Size
If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by your chosen courier service, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.
No Delivery?
Except for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us. Please ensure you check your tracking information before you contact us and allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country or during busy seasonal times.
Please ensure all orders are opened and are checked to ensure they are complete within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims for missing items will not be considered out of this timescale.
High Value Orders (Above 100 Pounds)
Your orders come with a pin-protected delivery! This means the driver won't be able to deliver your package until the correct pin is provided. Keep that pin handy to ensure a smooth delivery!
