Monitored Monday to Friday. We aim to reply the same working day on anything sent before mid-afternoon, and the next working day otherwise. Messages sent at the weekend are picked up Monday morning.

What to include

It saves a round trip if you tell us up front:

• Order queries — your order number and the email address you ordered with
• Something wrong with an item — the order number, which item, and a photo if it's a fault you can see
• Which pods fit my kit? — the exact device name, including the puff count if it has one. SKE Bar 6K and SKE Bar 15K take the same pods, for instance, but most ranges don't cross over
• Trade and wholesale — see below, that's a separate operation

Before you write

Some things are answered faster by the policy pages than by us:

• Delivery and dispatch — free UK delivery over £40 to your door, or over £20 to a DPD pickup point. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday
• Returns and exchanges — what can be returned and how long you have
• Age verification — why an order sometimes needs extra checks

We don't have a shop or trade counter, so there's no address to visit — everything is dispatched from our warehouse.
