Vaporesso Luxe X Pro Kit

The Vaporesso Luxe X Pro pod kit is a pocket-friendly option that’s ideal for beginner and advanced vapers. Although compact, it still finds room for a large 1500mAh battery and is capable of delivering a 5 - 40W output. Designed for MTL (Mouth To Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping, you can adjust power for a more personalised vape and take advantage of a range of refillable 2ml pods – with two included to get you started. Control wattage at the click of a button, and when you’re ready, either press the fire button or inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Don’t want to deal with setting a power mode yourself? You’re in luck, the Luxe X Pro comes equipped with Smart Mode that automatically selects the best power output based on your pod of choice. Whether you’re trying out an MTL or RDTL vape, you can personalise your inhale further by using the kit’s adjustable airflow. Each kit includes two Luxe X refillable pods, which are easily refilled via the top and you don’t have to remove them from the device. Both pods contain built-in coils, removing the need for messy replacements, as you can just change the pod. The device is also compatible with a 0.8 Ohm and the 1.2 Ohm Luxe XR pod. The mesh build of the coils heats more e-liquid at a faster rate for better flavour. This kit works best with 50/50 e-liquids. Contents:

Delivery & Dispatch Policy

We deliver to all area of the UK.  We always endeavour to use couriers that provide value for money, reliability & efficiency.  We will continue to monitor this on your behalf.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability, security and payments checks.   Please ensure the telephone number you provide is correct as we will use this to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping Methods

All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery windows.

DPD – Download the DPD app, and if your not going to be home you can have your parcel left in a safe place or delivered to your neighbour.  They will also give you a 1 hour, delivery slot.

  • DPD (Mon – Fri delivery) – £5.00

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a guaranteed next day service. It is a priority service, 98% of packages do actually arrive the next day, and are fully tracked.  This service is for UK mainland addresses only.  For some remote locations we can only offer Royal Mail Tracked Services.

  • DPD Weekend Delivery – £7.50

Order before 4pm on Friday to get your parcel via DPD at the weekend.  (Most Orders are delivered on Saturday).  This service is also for UK mainland addresses only.

  • DPD Local Collect

Choose your local DPD pick up location and collect your parcel at your own convenience.

Royal Mail – You’ll get a 4hr estimated delivery window.  Not going to be in then you’ll have the option to have your parcel delivered to a local Post Office.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24£5.00

Royal Mail deliver 96% of these tracked parcels to the UK Mainland next day.  Please note this is not guaranteed service.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day – Order before *3PM*. Does *NOT* include Weekends & Public Holidays) –  £12.00

Parcels are guaranteed the next working day.  This service is tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.

Weight – up to 2kgs.

If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by your chosen courier service, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.

Any Free Delivery Options?

Sure, we could do that, but we’d have to fund that by putting our product prices up, like every store does that offers free delivery options.

So, instead of hiding the delivery cost within the product prices, we prefer to keep our prices down and be up front about the delivery costs. Make no mistake… you pay for delivery costs, wherever you shop, even when it says it’s ‘free’ delivery.

No Delivery?

Except for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us.  Please ensure you check your tracking information before you contact us and allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country or during busy seasonal times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unwanted Goods – Hardware

Unwanted Hardware can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase instore, as long as, the product is in its original unopened packaging.  For goods bought online we will accept returns that have been opened as long as they are unused, and all the packaging and accessories are returned.  For goods bought instore you must provide your proof of purchase. Without this we will be unable to assist you.   Goods purchased online must be sent back at your own expense.  Please contact us via the website so that we may authorised the return.

E-Liquid & Drip Tips

We are unable to accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in anyway on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.

Disposable Devices

We will no longer cover by any warranty for the following reasons:

Disposable devices are a consumable, oral products therefore for purposes of hygiene we cannot accept them back in returns for inspection. 

Claims for dead on arrival or lack of taste cannot be validated by ourselves due to the hygiene reasons mentioned above and will no longer be covered by any warranty.

All Puff Counts are a guide from the manufacturer.

Goods – Hardware

All Mods come with a 60 day guarantee.  We don’t cover faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse or wear & tear.  If a product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or claim.

If your Mod becomes faulty with 60 days of purchase or delivery, then please contact via the website.   Please provide us with your name, postcode and order number together with details of the problem.  We may telephone you to do some trouble shooting.  If we cannot help you remotely, we will authorise your mod for a return.  You must return it in its original packaging, for a full inspection and testing of the product.   Once tested, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will contact you either regarding replacement or refund.

Atomizer Returns

Atomizers (coils) are a working part of your device and have a limited life span.  We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported with 48hrs of sale or delivery.  Please note you should soak a new coil for at least 15mins before vaping.

Damaged Products – Hardware

If you unpack a product and find it damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of sale or delivery.

We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hour, timescale.
