The Smok Arcfox vape kit combines a high 230W max output with a well-protected build, creating a reliable and powerful sub ohm vape kit. Relying on the power of two 18650 vape batteries (sold separately), this kit is waterproof, dustproof and shockproof to an industrial class level. Thanks to the option of adjustable wattage output, it’s easier than ever to find your perfect vape. You can use Variable Wattage mode to give you direct control over power output, which means you can pair the Arcfox mod with the TFV Mini included, as well as a wide range of other tanks and rebuildables. Temperature Control mode, on the other hand, gives you the option of setting a max temperature your coils can reach before the device stops firing, ensuring coils don’t run too hot or burn out. The simplified User Interface means that first-time mode set-up and future adjustments remain a simple task. The perfect accompaniment to the Arcfox, the TFV Mini V2 is capable of harnessing the high power of this kit. Offering both improved flavour and vapour production, it’s compatible with a wide range of Smok Mini V2 coils. Two of these coils are included, with both a mesh and dual coil option available. The top filling mechanism makes refilling simpler than ever and you can use this tank with a range of 70% VG and other high VG e-liquids. Important information about sub ohm vaping: This device is intended for sub ohm vaping. Sub ohm vape kits require a greater amount of knowledge and experience to use safely. They use specially designed coils that register below 1.0 Ohm resistance, for use at higher wattages. These kits will also feature advanced modes that require a knowledge of vaping to be used correctly. We recommend you do not use an e-liquid that has higher than a 6mg nicotine strength, this will be too harsh on the throat. Sub ohm vaping produces more vapour and because of this, an increased throat hit. High VG e-liquids will allow you to experience greater vapour production when used with this kit.

Delivery & Dispatch Policy

We deliver to all area of the UK. We always endeavour to use couriers that provide value for money, reliability & efficiency. We will continue to monitor this on your behalf.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability, security and payments checks. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is correct as we will use this to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping Methods

All our delivery partners provide full tracking information and estimated delivery windows.

DPD – Download the DPD app, and if your not going to be home you can have your parcel left in a safe place or delivered to your neighbour. They will also give you a 1 hour, delivery slot.

DPD (Mon – Fri delivery) – £5.00

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a guaranteed next day service. It is a priority service, 98% of packages do actually arrive the next day, and are fully tracked. This service is for UK mainland addresses only. For some remote locations we can only offer Royal Mail Tracked Services.

DPD Weekend Delivery – £7.50

Order before 4pm on Friday to get your parcel via DPD at the weekend. (Most Orders are delivered on Saturday). This service is also for UK mainland addresses only.

DPD Local Collect

Choose your local DPD pick up location and collect your parcel at your own convenience.

Royal Mail – You’ll get a 4hr estimated delivery window. Not going to be in then you’ll have the option to have your parcel delivered to a local Post Office.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.00

Royal Mail deliver 96% of these tracked parcels to the UK Mainland next day. Please note this is not guaranteed service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day – Order before *3PM*. Does *NOT* include Weekends & Public Holidays) – £12.00

Parcels are guaranteed the next working day. This service is tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.

Weight – up to 2kgs.

If your parcel exceeds weight or size limits imposed on us by your chosen courier service, we reserve the right to send your parcel via an alternative service at no extra charge.

Any Free Delivery Options?

Sure, we could do that, but we’d have to fund that by putting our product prices up, like every store does that offers free delivery options.

So, instead of hiding the delivery cost within the product prices, we prefer to keep our prices down and be up front about the delivery costs. Make no mistake… you pay for delivery costs, wherever you shop, even when it says it’s ‘free’ delivery.

No Delivery?

Except for Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day we are not able to chase up parcels until the 5^th working day after your parcel has been dispatched by us. Please ensure you check your tracking information before you contact us and allow extra time during adverse weather conditions around the country or during busy seasonal times.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unwanted Goods – Hardware

Unwanted Hardware can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase instore, as long as, the product is in its original unopened packaging. For goods bought online we will accept returns that have been opened as long as they are unused, and all the packaging and accessories are returned. For goods bought instore you must provide your proof of purchase. Without this we will be unable to assist you. Goods purchased online must be sent back at your own expense. Please contact us via the website so that we may authorised the return.

E-Liquid & Drip Tips

We are unable to accept the return of e-liquids or drip tips that have been opened or used in anyway on the grounds of health & safety as well as for hygiene reasons.

Disposable Devices

We will no longer cover by any warranty for the following reasons:

Disposable devices are a consumable, oral products therefore for purposes of hygiene we cannot accept them back in returns for inspection.

Claims for dead on arrival or lack of taste cannot be validated by ourselves due to the hygiene reasons mentioned above and will no longer be covered by any warranty.

All Puff Counts are a guide from the manufacturer.

Goods – Hardware

All Mods come with a 60 day guarantee. We don’t cover faults caused by incorrect assembly, neglect, misuse or wear & tear. If a product has been damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or claim.

If your Mod becomes faulty with 60 days of purchase or delivery, then please contact via the website. Please provide us with your name, postcode and order number together with details of the problem. We may telephone you to do some trouble shooting. If we cannot help you remotely, we will authorise your mod for a return. You must return it in its original packaging, for a full inspection and testing of the product. Once tested, if the product is deemed to be defective, we will contact you either regarding replacement or refund.

Atomizer Returns

Atomizers (coils) are a working part of your device and have a limited life span. We will accept dead on arrival returns if reported with 48hrs of sale or delivery. Please note you should soak a new coil for at least 15mins before vaping.

Damaged Products – Hardware

If you unpack a product and find it damaged, please contact us immediately or at least within 48 hours of sale or delivery.

We will be unable to consider your claim outside the 48 hour, timescale.
